Brown & Cockerill Help Home-Movers to Celebrate!

Fri 04 Mar 2016

To qualify for this fantastic prize worth £200, Mr & Mrs Draffen instructed Brown & Cockerill to help sell their home during the month of February. Shortly after having taken measurements, photos and details, our property sales team sprang into action with an agreed marketing plan and subsequently found a suitable buyer within 72 hours.

Suffice to say, Mr & Mrs Draffen were delighted with the result and are now making plans to move to their new home in Scotland with their two children. After hearing the news that they had also won a £200 meal prize, Mrs Draffen said “I could not believe my luck, I never win anything!”

“As we are relocating to the other end of the country, the costs involved all add up, so to be able to have a lovely meal out, helps with the stresses and strains of moving home. We would like to thank all of the Brown & Cockerill team for their help in selling our home and trust that our buyers will have as many happy years in our home as we have”.

Remember, we are celebrating our 20 year anniversary this year, and to mark the occasion are running several competitions and events throughout the year.

Carl Watts, Director of Brown & Cockerill confirms “For the duration of 2016, Brown & Cockerill will be donating 10% of their sales fee to one of 4 local charities, including Pawprints Dog Rescue, Cats Protection, Hope4 and Rugby Area Talent Trust. In addition, every property that they are instructed to sell will be entered into their Grand Prize Draw of a dream holiday up to the value of £4,000”

He adds “Mr & Mrs Draffen will be automatically entered into this prize draw and are very much hoping that their luck continues!”
