Alfresco Dining in Rugby

Cities and towns all over England are bustling once again, and some sort of normality is on the horizon!

We have put together a guide on restaurants and bars that are open for alfresco dining, which we highly recommend in the Rugby area.

Draycote Hotel - Dunchurch (A45)

Take a trip to Draycote Hotel, which is situated in the heart of the idyllic Warwickshire countryside and offers picturesque views across Draycote Water.

The hotel has a large outdoor dining area and has a great range of affordable alfresco dishes including fish and chips, pizzas, burgers, and sandwiches.

There is no need to book, you can just turn up and enjoy.

The Bell Inn - Hillmorton

The Bell Inn has something for everyone, you can choose from a traditional English breakfast, afternoon tea, pub classics, or something from the grill and vegetarian options.

It’s a great local staple in the Hillmorton area and well worth a visit! Booking is needed.

The Red Lion - Kilsby

The Red Lion has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a selection of meals and drinks alfresco.

The traditional village pub restaurant is very affordable and is popular with locals and visitors alike. Bookings are required.

The Rose Inn - Willoughby

The Rose Inn is a warm and welcoming country pub serving local & freshly prepared meats and fish to order. It’s a great place to enjoy with friends in the garden and enjoy the charm of the 400-year-old country pub.

The pub is located in Willoughby and you can book a table via their website.

The Dun Cow - Dunchurch

If you’re looking for a menu full of hearty favourites and country pub classics, The Dun Cow is a fantastic choice! They are serving a reduced menu at the moment but all the favourites are still on there.

Bookings are advised to avoid disappointment.

Duck On The Pond - Long Itchington

The Duck on the Pond is a traditional country pub that combines great homemade food serviced in a warm, friendly village pub atmosphere.

They have a fantastic outdoor area where you will be able to meet with friends and family.

The Old Lion - Harborough Magna

The Old Lion is a contemporary gastropub serving fresh dishes onsite to enjoy in their garden area.

The pub is nestled in the picturesque Warwickshire village of Harborough Magna near Rugby, and there’s no need to book to visit.
