By using 'PropertyFile' - tenants will now have 24hr access to a reporting tool. This system will negate the need to chase or make calls to find out what is happening.
You can upload photos to help us better understand the problem being brought to light and it also allows us to help advise on common issues not covered by the tenancy agreement. As the maintenance transaction progresses, we will be keep all parties informed via the in-built messaging system.
Please note, reporting issues properly ensures tenants don’t incur costs from unreported issues becoming worse and causing more damage that they may become liable for.
