Rugby More about the Office
Carl Watts M.N.A.E.A.
Managing Director
Having been born and raised in Rugby, I’ve always had strong roots in the local community. After attending Lawrence Sheriff School, my career began in the field of Art & Design. A passion for exploration then took me around the world as a backpacker—an experience that broadened my perspective and appreciation for people and places.
In 1996, I began my journey in the property industry as a trainee sales negotiator with an independent estate agency here in Rugby. Almost 3 decades later, I’m proud to still be helping people navigate the property market in and around the area.
Over the years, I’ve witnessed the property market shift through numerous highs and lows. Throughout it all, my focus has remained consistent: to secure the best possible outcomes for my clients, whether they’re selling a family home, purchasing their first property, or investing in development opportunities.
As an active member of the National Association of Estate Agents, I’m committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. I offer expert guidance across all areas of the property market—including residential sales, land acquisition and disposal, site development, and planning.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel, photography, great food, and teaching people how to scuba dive.
