Carl Watts M.N.A.E.A.
Managing Director
Rugby Office
I have lived in Rugby all of my life and attended Lawrence Sheriff School. My first job was in the field of Art & Design before deciding to backpack around the world.
In 1996 I started my property career as a trainee sales negotiator for an independent estate agency here in Rugby. And over 26 years later, I am still helping people buy and sell property in and around the Rugby area.
In that time, I have seen property prices fluctuate wildly, but I have always strived to ensure my vendor clients achieve the best possible price for their home or investment.
I am an active member of the National Association of Estate Agents and have built a reputation based on providing honest and professional advice. I can advise on all aspects of the market including the buying and selling of residential property, land acquisition and disposal, site development and planning.
In my spare time I enjoy travel, photography, good food and teaching people how to scuba dive.
