To qualify for this fantastic prize worth £200, Mr & Mrs Draffen instructed Brown & Cockerill to help sell their home during the month of February. Shortly after having taken measurements, photos and details, our property sales team sprang into action with an agreed marketing plan and subsequently found a suitable buyer within 72 hours.
Suffice to say, Mr & Mrs Draffen were delighted with the result and are now making plans to move to their new home in Scotland with their two children. After hearing the news that they had also won a £200 meal prize, Mrs Draffen said “I could not believe my luck, I never win anything!”
“As we are relocating to the other end of the country, the costs involved all add up, so to be able to have a lovely meal out, helps with the stresses and strains of moving home.
