The Brown & Cockerill team are riding high once again, having just returned just from Saturday’s prestigious British Property Awards held at the lavish Hilton Bankside hotel in central London.
Having already been awarded Gold for Best in Rugby, the team were delighted to receive Runner Up for ‘Best in Region’. They were shortlisted for this highly acclaimed category which encompasses the whole of the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Staffordshire.
Carl Watts Managing Director said ”We are all still reeling from having recently won Gold for best agent in Rugby, so to be nominated and shortlisted for the region was a fantastic achievement for the team. To then go on and win Silver was certainly the icing on the cake.
Competition was certainly tough as we were pitched against many established multi-office agencies. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable evening but must now ensure we work even harder to hopefully win Gold at next year’s awards”.
The British Property Awards highlight and reward excellence within the UK residential property sector with every agency being mystery shopped and judged against a set of 25 criteria. Believed to be most comprehensive awards in the housing industry, agents are scored on customer satisfaction, delivery of service and quality of interaction.
Hosted by ‘Homes Under the Hammer’ presenter and property guru Martin Roberts, this year’s ceremony was attended by over 300 of the best estate agents in the country. Awards were given for ‘Best in Region’, ‘Best Individual’ and ‘Best Overall National Winner’.
Martin took time out to discuss the property market with the Brown & Cockerill team and to offer his congratulations. The sales team even managed to snap a cheeky ‘selfie’. “For more information on how we can help with your move and to experience our award winning service, please get in touch!”
